MTCF W\M\ 1st and 2nd Wardens

During the Initiation, the Apprentices have to be trained.
Then after apprenticeship, it is necessary to assist the Fellow Crafts.
Lastly, the Masters workshops are managed by the WM.
It is also often an amazing opportunity for pursuing your own ways.

The Idea

The website of TheDebhir.com  is focused on helping fellow F\F\ and S\S\
Thanks to the collaboration with some W\, 1st and 2nd Wardens, it offers a method of exalting the workshops:

  • of Apprentices
  • of Fellow Crafts
  • even of Masters

It aims at bringing some new ideas into the work that can be done during these workshops.

The Tools

To this purpose, TheDebhir.com has created two types of documents:

Documents N°1: Collections of Works
These collections of articles cover an impressive variety of subjects (list available here: www.thedebhir-edit.com).
Collections of works are compilations of articles which are (or were) published on www.thedebhir.com
Each one contains - depending on the collection - 5, 10, to 12 works selected for their high "Visiting Rate".
Every Collection addresses one or several subjects, mostly based on the types of articles received by TheDebhir.com. Thus, these subjects are not developed too comprehensively.

Hundreds of Collections will be available by the end of February, 2015. Other will be added later, according to how effective the website’s assortment will enhance.

Document N°2: “Study Form”

This basic form allows every FF or SS to participate in a Workshop, to comment on the relevant subjects and share opinions, notes, feelings and more.

The Method

The WM, 1st or 2nd Warden sets the theme of the Workshop.
During each separate or sometimes collective Workshop, the required number of Collections is achieved, so that it can contribute to the work on a defined subject.

1° time - One or several participants at this workshop, begin by reading at home the chosen Collection. This allows them to get a wider/better view on the subject of the study.

Each participant completes the "Study Form" and then discusses the aspects defined by the Warden.

2° time - Depending on the possibilities of the Lodge, the following functions can be done:

  • One common/collective workshop can be formed, as per usual.
  • Some additional work, to be done at home, can be offered.

The Warden would have read the contents of the Collection. Thus, he can usefully correct and expand the knowledge of the Apprentices or the Fellow Crafts.

3° time - Not mandatory:

  • A summarized "Study Form" can be sent back, as feedback, to TheDebhir.com

If needed, the Collection will then be modified. The Lodge would then be allowed to work on the improvement of the Collection.

  • As soon as the Collection is modified, TheDebhir.com sends to the Lodge, free of charge, a new version of the Collection.
  • At the end of the workshop, if one or several works are written, TheDebhir.com would be privileged to receive them.
  • They will be published with the discretion specified by the Lodge.

All this work contributes to the enrichment of the website and at the same time, of the readers of these publications.

TheDebhir.com hopes it was able to provide you with some valuable help.

Fraternally yours.
